This policy explains when refunds and replacements may be issued for orders shipped within the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.
1. When Refunds or Replacements Are Available
Refunds or replacements are issued only when the issue is caused by a fulfillment or delivery error, including:

Items are missing from the order
In a very exceptional and unusual case:

The order is confirmed as delivered but nothing was received, and a valid non-delivery confirmation is provided by the customer (see Section 2: Delivered Orders).
For orders within the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, if tracking shows no meaningful updates and the order is not delivered within 45 days from the shipping date (a very unusual scenario), we may, at our discretion, initiate a review to issue a replacement or a full refund.

2. Delivered Orders
If tracking information confirms that an order was successfully delivered, refunds or replacements are not issued automatically.
If the package was marked as delivered but not received, proof of non-delivery from the carrier or postal authority may be required.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Photo or video evidence must clearly show:

The defect or damage

How it affects the product’s functionality
Physical returns are not required in most cases.
4. 30-Day Satisfaction Resolution Window
If you change your mind, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Due to international fulfillment logistics and the high cost of returns, physical returns are not accepted for change-of-mind requests. This allows us to keep prices fair while still offering a solution.
If approved, we offer one of the following:
Option 1 – Store Credit

100% of your purchase amount delivered digitally via email

Can be used on any future order at DOVARA

Credit does not expire, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Option 2 – Partial Refund

A partial refund of your original purchase amount may be offered

5. European Customers
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland, your purchase may be subject to additional consumer protection rights under applicable laws.
These rights are independent of and not limited by this policy. Where required, we will comply with all applicable regulations.
6. Situations Not Eligible for Any Resolution
No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued for:

Requests made outside the stated timeframes

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, provided the product was delivered in proper working condition

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Digital products or gift cards

Requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipping begins.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Certain items (such as print-on-demand or preorder products) cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
