We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland using trusted carriers.

United Kingdom, Spain & France: After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. In some cases — such as peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays — delivery times may be extended.

European Union (depending on the region, not considering Spain & France): After your order is processed, delivery can take from 6–10 business days depending on your region. In some cases — such as peak seasons, holidays, customs procedures, or carrier delays — delivery times may be extended.

Norway & Switzerland: After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. In some cases — such as customs procedures, peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays — delivery times may be extended.

United States & Canada: After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. In some cases — such as peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected carrier delays — shipping times may vary.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3. Shipping Fees & Taxes

We take care of all shipping fees and applicable taxes, so you won’t face any unexpected charges at checkout or delivery.

4. Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in your email and directly through our “Tracking” page on our website.

Please note that tracking updates, especially for international shipments, may take a few days to appear.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we use trusted carriers, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to external factors such as customs or postal delays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we’ll help you locate it.

In very rare cases where a package is confirmed lost, we may initiate a review to issue a replacement or refund.

For orders shipped within the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, this review may be initiated if the package has not been delivered within 45 days from the shipping date.
